Too Tired to Care

So tired for no apparent reason here. We began the first real day of the Very Low Calorie portion of our new diet today. This is an impossible task for Larry, my husband. He is very amenable to whatever I prepare when I decide to "cut back" on fats, carbs, etc. But this is very drastic. Dieting is my history, but I am tired of this history. Once and for all, I want to get down to a manageable weight and I am willing to do what it takes to get there and stay there. Finally after all these years. Just too tired to think much about it anymore today. I sure hope I can do this. I hope Larry can as well. I don't know what I would do without him and we both need this for health reasons as much as anything. Time will tell......
